VITAL Hike presents day hiking opportunities. Our offerings include intimate, small-group day excursions within the local area, ranging from one-hour to full day endurance hikes.
VITAL Train
VITAL Train offers specialized fitness training programs ranging from Functional Strength Bootcamps to rucking sessions. Digital training programs coming soon.
VITAL Adventures
VITAL Adventures are our signature experiences, designed to ignite your potential. Our custom, three-month training programs prepare you and a small cohort for an epic fitness journey.

What We Use: Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, rower, sleds, medicine balls, TRX—and your own bodyweight.
