Where: VITAL Basecamp at 2 Bayberry Way, Pound Ridge
What We Use: Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, rower, sleds, medicine balls, TRX—and your own bodyweight.
Class Capacity: Limited to 4 per session
