Hiking. Yoga. Breathwork.

Bedford Post Inn, Bedford, New York  ·  Relais & Chateaux

Train consistently. Go quiet. Come back clear.

The woods have always known something we forget in the noise of daily life. Into the Still creates the conditions to hear it again. One month of intentional training. One day in the Hudson Valley. One experience that earns its own stillness.

What Makes This Special

ARRIVE READY, NOT HOPING:

One month before October 18th, VITAL delivers your personal preparation -- training, trail knowledge, and the community you'll hike with. You show up having already done the work.

EXPERT HANDS, EVERY HOUR:

Libby leads the trail. Dana holds the room. Every moment of the day is guided by someone who has built a career around exactly this.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF DAY:

This isn't a retreat you attend. It's an experience you earn -- and the people around you earned it too.

Into The Still is for you if...

You live in the tristate area and crave a real escape -- not a flight, not a packed itinerary. One day in the woods with people who get it. You can be at Bedford Post Inn by 7am and home by dinner.

You want to hike somewhere new and go further than you usually would. Eight miles on Hudson Valley terrain is a genuine physical challenge -- you will feel it. But you won't do it unprepared. The month leading up to October 18th, VITAL delivers a 30-day training plan you do at home -- cardio, strength, and conditioning built for the trail ahead. You arrive ready.

You love yoga and want to take its benefits beyond the mat -- into the way you breathe on a climb, recover after a long descent, and settle into your body at the end of a hard day. Into the Still connects both.

You want stillness that's earned. Good food, good people, and enough quiet to hear yourself think.

Into The Still is not for you if...

You're managing a knee, ankle, or foot injury, or a heart condition without doctor clearance. Eight miles on uneven terrain demands a ready body -- we want you back for the next one.

You haven't been walking, hiking, or doing cardio three to four times a week heading into October. The 30-day plan prepares you -- but it needs something to build on. If you're starting from zero, this isn't your first step. It's your next one.

Go quiet. Come back clear.
