Part of the VITAL Full Moon Series
Join the VITAL Grand Canyon Adventure
This isn't a hike you show up for - it's one you earn. This is the stretch goal: descending into the canyon as the sun breaks over a mile of towering rock, through the Box where those same walls hold the heat like a furnace, down to the Colorado River - cold, fast, and exactly what you need when you reach it. Then out the other rim, your crew beside you the whole way.
12 weeks of expert-led training gets you there. You'll finish having done the thing you weren't sure you could.

Your Stay
Two legendary basecamps bookend your journey: Kaibab Lodge, a Dark Sky retreat tucked in the North Rim's aspen and pine, and the El Tovar Hotel, a National Historic Landmark on the South Rim that's hosted the likes of Theodore Roosevelt since 1905.
This adventure is part of our new Full Moon Series - timed so your first night at El Tovar falls under a full moon, the canyon lit up as you sit with what you just did.
Full details on both are in the VITAL Guide.
"Committing to an adventure that pushed my limits became a real catalyst for growth. I found reserves of strength and patience I didn't know I had, built resilience, and gained perspective that made me more empathetic. Every step beyond what I thought I could do boosted my confidence and gave me memories I'll carry for life. Going through it as a team created deep, real connections -relationships I know will last. I'm walking away capable of more than I imagined, in ways that go well beyond the trail." VITAL Rim to Rim Team Member, 2024
