What Is VITAL 90?

A 90-day backyard adventure to help you feel stronger, move better, and live more vitally. Whether you're starting fresh or already in motion, this challenge meets you where you are — and takes you further.

How It Works:

  • Choose your path at the start: Miles or Activities

  • Record every workout on the Strava VITAL 90 Club

  • Weekly target: 7 miles or 7 activities

  • Daily rhythm: 1 mile or 1 hour — walk, run, hike, swim, cycle, yoga, pickle… it all counts
