Through specialized endurance and strength training, expert guidance, and a supportive community, you’ll build the confidence and trail competence to take on one of Europe’s most breathtaking routes, the legendary Alta Via 1 in the Dolomites. This Level II multi-day trek is recommended for for seasoned adventurers with a solid fitness base and open to navigating weather and exposure. You don't need to be an expert hiker yet. What matters most: you're ready to grow and excited to commit to training. With our VITAL Training you'll build the strength and confidence to thrive.

It’s For You If You’re:

Ready for 6-10 hours per day over 4 consecutive days. Our shortest day is about three hours, and our longest can stretch to ten - with time built in for water, snacks, photos, and pacing.

Distance and Vertical: Hikers will cover 30-35 miles, with a cumulative vertical elevation change of 8,300 feet.

A multi-day trek that guides you through well marked, awe-inspiring jagged peaks, significant climbs and descents, rocky paths requiring solid footing, strength, and balance. Trekking poles a must!

Our pre-trip coaching builds the strength, endurance, and conditioning needed to feel steady, capable, and confident on uneven terrain and longer days. We also provide a detailed packing list, mindset coaching, and on-trail support so you feel fully prepared for the journey ahead—never overwhelmed.
