Cancellation Policy

Plans change — here's how we handle it.

14+ days out (before October 4): Full refund, no questions asked.

7–13 days out (October 5–11): Full credit toward any future VITAL event or trip.

Under 7 days out, including no-shows: Your spot is transferable to a friend at no charge, anytime up to the day of the retreat. Can't find someone to take it? It converts to a 50% credit toward a future VITAL event.
