VITAL Hike

Vital Ventures presents two distinct hiking opportunities. Our offerings include intimate, small-group day excursions within the local area, as well as expansive expeditions that involve journeys to various destinations lasting anywhere from 2 to 4 months.

  • Discover rigorous local, scenic hiking trails with a small group of like minded explorers. These trips commence a minimum of 8 times a year.

  • Daring and exhilarating adventure trips where no destination is off limits. We explore the most inspiring places around the globe while taking on audacious fitness challenges together.

VITAL RUCK is a low-impact, high-reward workout that builds strength, endurance, and resilience. By hiking with a weighted backpack, you turn everyday movement into a full-body workout—boosting cardio, core strength, posture, and calorie burn. Each VITAL RUCK is a 60 minute session, combining a 40 minute hike with 20 minutes of strength training & stretching using body and ruck weight for resistance.

DAY TRIPPERS: Embark on local hikes with our vibrant Vital community, exploring inspiring landscapes in small, spirited groups. Engage in lively conversations, then refuel with delicious Apres Hike Bites and beverages to nourish both body and soul.

VITAL Snow

Vital Snow adventures are a unique and invigorating experience. Trek through pristine snow trails, surrounded by towering peaks and pristine alpine scenery. Led by experienced guides, you'll traverse a variety of terrain, from gentle slopes to challenging ascents, each offering panoramic views. Along the way, engage in fitness-focused activities tailored to your abilities, whether it's snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or even high-altitude training exercises.

VITAL Canyon Camping

This is an unforgettable 2 week experience through the Grand Canyon and explore hidden trails and mystical caves. Prepare to explore secret passages, and picturesque landscapes while participating in bold team building challenges and vigorous activities. You will be guided on invigorating hikes through pristine forests, campfires under the magical night sky and hidden trails that lead to majestic waterfalls.
